There's still an incredible amount of uncertainty over how Britain's exit from the European Union will play out.

Investors are scrambling to react to the news and its ramifications, and global business leaders are facing tough decisions around their operations with the U.K.

Those business leaders include some here in Minnesota.

MPR's Cathy Wurzer spoke wtih former Medtronic Chairperson and CEO Bill George about the impact of Brexit on Minnesota companies. He's also a senior fellow at Harvard Business School.
