A high pressure system is settling in over Minnesota, and it plans to stay through Tuesday.
That's great! We'll have another sunny day with low humidity.
Highs Tuesday will be very typical for June 21, with 70s over northern and central Minnesota, and lower 80s to the south:
The high pressure system will drift away by Wednesday, allowing showers and thunderstorms to return:

Sunday evening tornadoes
The Duluth office of the National Weather Service is surveying damage along two probable tornado paths from the Sunday evening storms. One path includes parts of southern Cass county, Crow Wing county and Aitkin county. Another damage path is in northern Aitkin county, and southern Itasca county into St. Louis county. The Duluth NWS is also surveying damage south of Hibbing, to see if there is any evidence of a tornado. I will pass on their findings when the storm survey is completed.
One fatality has been reported from Sunday's storms. A man died in the Boundary Waters Canoe area when severe thunderstorm winds toppled a tree on his campsite near Duncan Lake. Details can be found here .
Here is a preliminary summary of severe weather reports from Sunday evening, courtesy of the Duluth NWS office:
