Wisconsin severe risk today, summer returns tomorrow

The upper level low-pressure system that brought Tuesday's severe weather outbreak spins eastward into Wisconsin later today. The low swirls near Brainerd, Minn., heading for Duluth early today.

Scattered showers and thunderstorms will develop as the low spins east today. The highest severe risk is in Wisconsin, but a few strong storms may develop in Minnesota before the low shifts east.
