The bill that could set statewide guidelines for the use of law enforcement body cameras sits on Governor Dayton's desk awaiting his signature. He said at a recent press conference that the bill has "serious defects" and there are some who agree with him. MPR News host Tom Weber talks to one of those people with grave concerns about the bill, president of the Minneapolis chapter of the NAACP, Nekima Levy-Pounds, to get her perspective, and to one of the bill's supporters, Representative Dan Schoen (DFL, Cottage Grove) who is also a police officer.
