Gov. Mark Dayton has received the bills passed at the end of the legislative session and says he will sign or veto them by the end of the week.
He's also considering whether to call a special session to pass legislation that was still being debated when time ran out on Sunday night.
One of the people closely following how it all shakes out is University of Minnesota President Eric Kaler. He has a list of spending priorities that need approval from the Legislature.
