MPR's Cathy Wurzer spoke with University of Minnesota climatologist Mark Seeley about recent late-in-the-year frost that may have killed off some ticks, but also harmed some gardener's plants.
And he has a summer outlook that is forecast to be warmer than normal, but there's no indication whether Minnesota will be wetter or dryer than normal from June through August.
