MPR's Cathy Wurzer spoke with University of Minnesota climatologist Mark Seeley about an outlook that probably doesn't include frost for most of Minnesota, something that gardeners will like.
He also says that higher than normal temperatures at the end of April and in early May has been good for farmers who are getting into the fields.
