The first court hearing addressing what will become of Prince's assets and intellectual property is set for Monday.

Prince's sister says the superstar musician had no known will, and experts say he left behind a complex estate that includes Paisley Park, his music archive and licensing, and rights for the use of his name and image.

For the time being, a court-appointed special administrator will manage the artist's personal assets, which is part of the probate process outlined under Minnesota state law.
