Good morning, and welcome to Tuesday. After tonight it will be all over in Wisconsin, at least in terms of the presidential nomination process. We'll have live coverage on the radio starting at 8 tonight. In the meantime let's take a look at the Digest.

2. If Bernie Sanders wins in Wisconsin today it may well be because of independents. He's done well in other states that have open primaries, meaning that you don't have to be a registered Democrat to vote in the Democratic primary. (Politico)
3. Trump has outlined how he would force Mexico to pay for a border wall designed to prevent unauthorized immigration. 4. Why are so many bills introduced at the Minnesota Capitol that have no chance of passing? One big reason is to try to get voters excited ahead of the election. (MPR News)
