We like to check in from time to time on interesting research being done in Minnesota. Today we looked at what makes us sick, specifically, in our food. It's something Francisco Diez-Gonzalez studies at the Department of Food Science and Nutrition at the University of Minnesota. He specializes in salmonella. He spoke with MPR News host, Tom Weber.
