St. Patrick's Day flakes?

Wednesday into Thursday, both the GFS and European forecast models show a low pressure system moving through the upper midwest, accompanied by precipitation and colder temps. If enough cold air is drawn into the system, significant snow could fall over portions of northern Minnesota. We could even see a changeover to a rain/snow mix or wet snow in the Twin Cities late Wednesday or Thursday.

It is still March after all.
