The City Pages 2016 "People Issue" had an intriguing premise: profile uncelebrated Minnesotans who are quietly making a real difference in their communities. We invited three of the people the issue profiled to the Friday Roundtable. They all share a passion for food and they all have big ideas for how to make the Twin Cities better.
