Good morning. Here it is Wednesday already. If you were planning to vote for Bobby Jindal for president, I'm afraid he dropped out yesterday. Now that we have that out of the way, here is the Digest.
1. Two Minneapolis police officers were set to talk to investigators about the fatal shooting of an unarmed black man in north Minneapolis over the weekend. (Star Tribune)
