MPR's Phil Picardi spoke with University of Minnesota climatologist Mark Seeley about a very warm November so far, which comes just a couple of months after a record warm September.

He also talks about the lack a hard freeze so far in the Twin Cities this fall. And he explains the unusual characteristics of storms in November in Minnesota.
