Two people have been arrested in a fatal shooting in Winona.

Police say a 23-year-old man wanted on a warrant for second-degree murder and other counts was arrested in Wausau, Wis., Thursday night after a brief foot chase.

Investigators believe robbery motivated the shooting last Sunday.
