When Congress returns from its August recess, members will have plenty of high-stakes work to do. Budget battles, the debt ceiling, and the debate over the Iran nuclear deal are some of the main challenges that await.

But, for now, many Congressmen and women are home in their districts. We checking in with some of Minnesota's Congressional delegation during the August recess. Tom Weber talks with U.S. Representative Tom Emmer, who joins us in the MPR studios in St. Paul.
