Good morning. Here are some items in the news.
1. Gov. Dayton, legislative leaders and others met behind closed doors Monday with federal Judge Donovan Frank to talk about the Minnesota Sex Offender Program, which Frank has ruled is unconstitutional. But as they emerged from the meeting, it was clear there weren't a lot of new ideas suggested and there's little agreement on how to move forward. (MPR News)
2. Sen. Amy Klobuchar said she will back President Obama on the nuclear deal with Iran. (Star Tribune)
3. Former Texas Gov. Rick Perry's presidential campaign has stopped paying its staff. (Washington Post)
