Today's Morning Edition music segment is from 60 years ago today when "Learnin' the Blues" by Frank Sinatra was the most popular song among radio DJs.

However, Sinatra was about to learn that pop music tastes were moving in a new direction. The most popular record sold in stores at that time was the first hit of the rock 'n' roll era.
