Environmental Protection Agency administrator Gina McCarthy says every time the EPA has moved ahead with environmental regulations, the result has been a healthier environment and economic growth. She agrees with the Pope that we have a moral obligation to do something to protect the air and water and to combat climate change. She spoke with Greg Dalton in the Commonwealth Club of California's "Climate One" series.
