3 views: Evolution of public opinion on same-sex marriage

Ireland became the 19th nation to allow same-sex marriage this weekend, but the first nation to approve it by national referendum.

The final vote was just over 62 percent 'yes' to allow same-sex marriage and just under 38 percent for 'no.'
