Dr. Adam Darkins on how tele-medicine will change care

Can technology and tele-medicine change health care for the better? Neurosurgeon Adam Darkins says it means providing the right care, in the right place, at the right time. Dr. Darkins is VP for Medical Affairs and Enterprise Technology Development at Medtronic, and he told a MobCon Digital Health Conference in Minneapolis this spring that "virtual" care can transform our health system if we remember one important thing: it's about the patient.
