The Crystal Police Department has raised the reward for information on the disappearance of a 10-year-old boy to $12,000.
Barway Collins disappeared after being dropped off by his school bus March 18.
He is described as African-American, 5 feet tall and weighing 80 pounds. He was carrying a red backpack.
Authorities are focusing attention on family members in the disappearance.
At a news conference Tuesday afternoon, Crystal Police Chief Stephanie Revering said a family member has not been entirely cooperative in the search for the boy. Police have not arrested that individual.
