MPR News is running a series of stories this week about climate change in Minnesota.

Data collected systematically over nearly two centuries make it irrefutable: The state's climate has changed and so has its diverse web of life. The statistics show Minnesota has warmed by about two degrees—more in some places—and is seeing more destructive downpours.

Many listeners have asked what they can do—and in particular, how they can reduce their carbon footprint.
