The holiday travel season is upon us this weekend. Scores of Minnesotans hit the roads and skies this weekend. The good news? Moderating temps, dry weather and generally clear roads should hold though Sunday.
The not so good news? Low pressure moving in by Monday brings a mixed bag of rain, sleet and snow to the Upper Midwest, and could pose some travel issues from Monday into Christmas Eve.
High and dry for now

You may want to keep an eye on travel plans, especially headed east toward Madison, Wis., Milwaukee, Wis., or Chicago Monday or Tuesday. You may want to consider traveling Sunday instead.
