Robotics industry leaders meet in Minneapolis today and tomorrow. One area getting attention from robot developers is agriculture.
Farmers are increasingly using automated machinery in the fields. Minnesota is home to several businesses developing robots for large-scale farming. Rowbot is one of those businesses. The company is developing robots that drive between rows of corn, apply fertilizer and collect data.
MPR's Cathy Wurzer spoke with Kent Cavender-Bares. He is Rowbot's CEO and will be speaking at the robotics conference today.
