When Vice President Joe Biden announced a new White House initiative to curb sexual assault on college campuses, Guardian columnist Jessica Valenti was "thrilled."

But she says it's not enough for the feds to get involved. One in five women will be assaulted while attending college and campuses need to do more to address that, she said.
