The head of the new Minnesota health insurance exchange, MNsure, resigned Tuesday amid increasing criticism of the exchange and her performance.
April Todd-Malmlov had come under fire for the exchange's disappointing rollout and for taking a vacation during a difficult time. Republican leaders in the Legislature had called for her resignation, and Gov. Mark Dayton had expressed his own dissatisfaction last week.
