The Wisconsin Legislature meets Monday to consider Gov. Scott Walker's proposal to delay moving more that 70,000 low-income residents off the state's Medicaid program.
Walker says this three-month delay is necessary because the rocky roll out of Obamacare puts these Wisconsinites' health insurance in jeopardy. He says they could lose their state insurance before they get picked up by the federal system.
