A Minuteman III missile engine
A Minuteman III missile engine is loaded into a truck for transport to another building for X-raying before being torn down and rebuilt, Thursday, June 22, 2000, at Hill Air Force Base, Utah. The intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) shop at the base swaps parts and engines and refurbishes missiles for active duty in underground silos in Montana, Wyoming and North Dakota.
