Roseville police say a second man has died after an apparent murder-suicide in a parking lot behind a North Memorial Urgent Care clinic.
Roseville police spokesman Lt. Lorne Rosand says the second victim died after being taken to Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis.
The shooting happened around 4:15 p.m. Thursday. A gun was recovered in the parking lot.
Police say a 35-year old woman is believed to be the wife of one of the men and may have witnessed the shooting. Police also say she and the man who died in the parking lot may have been co-workers at CPI Card Group, which has an office and manufacturing facility nearby.
Jennifer Prytz of Minneapolis was a patient at the urgent care clinic when the shooting occurred.
"All of the sudden they started putting the shades down," Prytz said. "There was a lockdown and no one could leave or come into the building. That lasted fifteen minutes until they started letting people back in and out."
The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension is assisting with the investigation. Police said there may be surveillance video of the incident.
