The Senate passed a farm bill on Monday that would spend less on direct subsidies and food stamps and more on subsidized crop insurance.
The House has not passed its version, though, and some elements of the two bills are starkly different. The last time a farm bill passed both the House and Senate was 2008.
Tom Weber speaks with representatives from Minnesota farm groups about the farm bill.
