The science of taste (and smells) is the subject of the 11:00 a.m. hour on The Daily Circuit on Thursday, May 30. Kerri Miller talks with Stuart Firestein, who chairs the biology sciences department at Columbia University. Firestein is participating in “The Taste of Science,” an event at this year’s World Science Festival in New York.
Miller and Firestein recorded their conversation over French cuisine at Picnic Market and Cafe on New York's Upper West Side.
