Minnesota Republican Congresswoman Michele Bachmann says she won't run for re-election in the state's Sixth Congressional District. MPR's Phil Picardi spoke with Bachmann's opponent from last November, Democrat Jim Graves. Graves has declared his intention to run again for the seat in 2014.
