MINNEAPOLIS (AP) -- The family of a toddler whose body was found in the Elk River released balloons into the sky to say "Happy Birthday."
Monday would have been the second birthday for Daisy Jo Holland. She went missing on Friday night at a campground. After extensive searches, her body was found Sunday in the Elk River.
WCCO-TV reports the family was joined by hundreds of others on Monday who released balloons with handwritten messages on them.
The group gathered at Lake Orono also sang "Happy Birthday" to the little girl.
