Stumbled across this short Star Tribune article about the economic impact of campuses in the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities (MnSCU) system.

It's based on a series of cost-benefit studies by St. Paul's Amherst H. Wilder Foundation.

It mentions the four campuses with the most economic impact, though it focuses on Minneapolis Community and Technical College:

... Its annual economic impact of $377 million ranks it the fourth-largest among the 31 institutions in the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities (MnSCU) system behind St. Cloud State University, Minnesota State University, Mankato, and Normandale Community College of Bloomington.
