A group of University of Minnesota - Duluth students were walking down the street in Washington, D.C., recently, when some dude in a passing car yelled out:
“Duluth, Duluth!”
That dude ended up being Democratic U.S. Rep. Rick Nolan of the 8th District, who got out and chatted with the students, and then posed for a photo.
