Democrats in the Minnesota House and Senate will release an outline of their plans for a state budget this week.
DFL leaders say those budget targets will line up closely with DFL Gov. Mark Dayton and his recently revised tax and spending proposal.
Also, gun legislation gets another look, and there's one last vote on the health insurance exchange measure.
