A bill aimed at helping homeowners who are going through the foreclosure process was introduced Wednesday in the Minnesota House. The main portion of the bill looks to curb the controversial "dual tracking" practice with regards to homes in the foreclosure process, but banking officials say the legislation could make things more difficult for lending institutions.
