Will Aurora reignite the gun control debate?

The shooting in an Aurora, Colorado movie theater which left 12 people dead and 58 more injured has once again brought the issue of gun control into the spotlight - although some experts say little will change.

Adam Winkler, a professor at the University of California, Los Angeles wrote in The Daily Beast that, "Over the past twenty years, it's become increasingly clear that mass shootings, no matter how tragic, don't lead to reforms of gun laws."

Adam Winkler joins The Daily Circuit Monday to explain why gun control laws seem almost impossible to change.
