The results of Tuesday's primary mean Wisconsin's recall election will be a rematch of the 2010 governor's race. Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett won the Democratic primary and earns the right to take on Republican Gov. Scott Walker for a second time in just 18 months. Jason Stein, who covers politics for the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, talked with Morning Edition host Cathy Wurzer.
