Not much new under sun…or ice

Our friends at the Minnesota Historical Society have a remarkable collection of images in their vaults including this one.

They identify it as an iced ski track from the 1917 St. Paul Winter Carnival.

The hubbub over the Red Bull crashed ice course next to the Cathedral in St. Paul is certainly interesting.

But, really, we've been there before.

Now here's the question. Where is there?

Do any visitors to The Cities know where in St. Paul this 1917 era ice skiing course may have been?
