Today I'll be visiting Northfield's St. Olaf College. This liberal arts school is known for, among other things, its Norwegian history, Lutheran faith, strength in music, and its beautiful campus -- one of the prettiest in the state, I hear.

And food. It apparently has some of the best food of any college in the U.S.

Should be a charm.
