Severe weather warnings are in effect in parts of the Twin Cities metro area Saturday afternoon.
A tornado warning has been declared for southern Dakota, west central Goodhue, northern Rice and eastern Scott counties until 4:30 p.m.
AT 3:35 radar indicated a storm capable of producing a tornado. The most dangerous part of the storm was near Webster. Other locations include Dundas, Castle Rock, Northfield and Randolph. The storm is moving east at 35 miles per hour.
