Forum question: What's your vision for e-learning?

It's probably not as sharp as it should be. We need to evaluate the landscape around e-learning very carefully. A lot of (institutions) have moved very aggressively, and being third or fourth is not the best thing strategically. We need to have an advantage. ... We need to know where we can be special -- and not just one of a crowd putting lectures on the Web.
