Minnesota House Speaker Margaret Anderson Kelliher has withdrawn from the pool of finalists to head the parks system in Minneapolis.
Kelliher said in a statement Tuesday that she is pursuing other opportunities, but didn't give more details.
The Minneapolis Democrat lost the DFL primary for governor in August and isn't seeking re-election to her House seat.
She was one of four finalists to head the Minneapolis park system.
