What's Lambeau Field worth to Green Bay's economy?
A new study pegs it at nearly $282 million. That figure includes the Green Bay Packers' own operations as well as spending elsewhere by visitors.
Each home game last year generated more than $12 million for the local economy.
AECOM Technical Services of Chicago conducted the study, using information from the team, fans, local businesses and tourist attractions.
Packers President and CEO Mark Murphy says the report will help the team make development and expansion plans. The study estimates adding 10,000 seats to Lambeau could generate an additional $17 million a year.
