The Duluth police department has released the name of the woman found dead on the Burlington Northern Santa Fe railroad tracks.
Cathy Ann Mclevis, 48, was found on the railroad tracks near the New Page Paper Mill on Monday morning.
A preliminary police investigation found that a train accidentally struck and killed her sometime after 9 p.m. Sunday, police said in a statement released Tuesday.
