North Dakota's oil rising in importance

President Obama has suspended all new deep-water drilling permits for six months and extended a moratorium on continued drilling at 33 deep-water exploratory wells in the Gulf of Mexico. With deepwater oil drilling on hold for the time being, what are the other domestic sources of oil?
