DFL Rep. Tony Sertich is the majority leader of the Minnesota House. He was in on the negotiations with Gov. Tim Pawlenty on the final budget deal we've been hearing about in this half hour.

Sertich joined All Things Considered Host Tom Crann from the road as he made the trip back home to Chisholm, Minn.
