Paul Light, professor of Public Service at New York University and one of the nation's leading experts on government, considers whether social entrepreneurship can significantly change the world.

Light is the author of "The Search for Social Entrepreneurship." He spoke in St. Paul at Macalester College's annual Mitau Lecture.
